CZM Commission
A Coastal Zone Management Commission is created that consists of 15 appointed members and the Commissioner and the Assistant Commissioner of Department of Planning and Natural Resources who shall be non-voting ex-officio members. Of the 15 appointed commission members 5 are to reside on St. Croix, 5 are to reside on St. Thomas and 5 are to reside on St. John.
There are three Coastal Zone Management Commission Committees: one Committee consists of the members who reside in St. Croix, one consists of the members who reside on St. Thomas, and one consists of the members who reside on St. John. Below are our current members:
